Joseph Lytle, Senior Vice President
Joseph Lytle is a Senior Vice President of Island Capital Group in its Real Estate Investment and Finance Group. In this role, Mr. Lytle focuses on bond acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and day-to-day operations of Island’s real estate debt funds. He has been with Island Capital Group since the Company’s inception.
Prior to joining Island Capital Group, Mr. Lytle was a managing director of Insignia Financial Group, Inc., where he focused primarily on Insignia’s securitized real estate debt funds. An integral member of the Insignia team, Mr. Lytle was responsible for raising several billions of dollars of securitized debt over his tenure.
Mr. Lytle received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the Florida Atlantic University in 1981.
