Joe Lytle has been with Island since its inception and serves as Vice President of Real Estate Investment and Finance. Prior to joining Island, Mr. Lytle was a Managing Director of Insignia Financial Group, Inc., focusing primarily on Insignia’s securitized real estate debt funds. He has been with Mr. Farkas since 1994 and focuses on bond acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and day-to-day operations of Island’s securitized real estate debt funds. He was an integral member of the Insignia team responsible for issuing several billions of dollars of securitized debt over his tenure with Mr. Farkas.
