Island Global Yachting, the premier owner, developer, and manager of luxury marina facilities and yachting lifestyle destinations around the globe. Island Global Yachting
focuses on acquiring, controlling and/or servicing mega-yacht marinas and their surrounding upland real estate properties. The group has a successful team that has overseen billions of dollars worth of development projects worldwide; they bring this expertise to the construction of the most luxurious and technologically advanced properties in operation. Island Global Yachting’s destinations operate under the signature Yacht Haven Grande collection and the IGY series brands, as well as several private labels.
The Island Capital Group team has been at the forefront of the real estate securitization business since the early days of the industry. With predecessor companies to Island Capital Group, the team pioneered structures which are now widely utilized in the marketplace. Since the formation of Island Capital Group, the team has continued to develop cutting edge securitization structures around the world. For example, Island Capital Group served as the exclusive advisor to the Government of Dubai in the organization and development of Emirates National Securitization Corporation (ENSeC), the Dubai government’s vehicle for creating a secondary market for real estate financings in Dubai. Island Capital Group currently maintains an equity interest and board position in ENSeC.
