Island Capital Group is the largest shareholder of Centerline Holding Company (OTC: CLNH), a publicly traded real estate asset management and financial services company headquartered in New York City.
Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Centerline Capital Group, Centerline provides Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) origination and syndication services, asset management services and affordable and conventional multifamily lending services, principally as a Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) or agency lender.
Centerline employs approximately 200 professionals throughout seven office locations in the United States.
