Island Capital Group served as the exclusive advisor to the Government of Dubai in the creation of Emirates National Securitization Corporation (ENSeC), which works with government entities and local banks in Dubai to securitize pools of residential and commercial loans on real estate in Dubai.
Island Capital Group advised ENSeC on the introduction of the first "AAA"-rated real estate securitization to be originated in the Arabian Gulf region, which was a $350 million securitization of home mortgages for residences on the world-renowned Palm-Jumeirah man-made island.
