Island Capital Group has invested in and currently holds equity interests in real property. We partner with other opportunistic investment funds, sovereign wealth funds and financial institutions on real estate-related investments across all asset classes and geographic regions with a particular focus on value creation and distressed/restructuring opportunities.
Representative investments, both past and present, include some of New York City’s most recognized commercial properties such as the Helmsley Building, a Class A office building located at 230 Park Avenue, the Class A office building located at 450 Lexington Avenue, The Mandarin Oriental Hotel at the Time Warner Center and the W Hotel in Union Square.
