From concept and design, through construction and ongoing management of the marina once development is complete, our development activities focus on creating a luxury marina and yachting-oriented destination business around the world.
Our yachting destinations combine the most luxurious and technologically advanced marinas with yachting-themed development on the adjacent land. Catering to mega-yachts and other high-end luxury yachts, our marinas are known for the highest levels of facilities and service in the prime yachting destinations of the world. Our related upland developments offer a similar quality retail, residential, food and beverage, office and hospitality offerings, as appropriate for the particular venue.
We are currently working on other ground-up developments in, among other destinations, the British Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Anguilla, St. Maarten and Dubai. Additionally, the company is also involved in redevelopment and management of existing facilities to elevate them to the level of world-class mega-yacht and luxury class marinas.
